This is a hands-on role where engineering knowledge meets customer insight. You'll act as the key link between Customer/Technical Support and Engineering - owning the technical roadmap for their product lines and ensuring top-tier performance in the field.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product knowledge database Supporting internal staff through training and development Managing technical escalations Acting as a liaison between the Heating engineering team and the commercial team – essentially a “translator” between engineering and business
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline - or equivalent hands-on technical experience. 3–5 years in technical product management or engineering, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and gas systems. Proven ability to own and manage technical product lifecycle and roadmap. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Skilled communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft NAV & CE is a plus). Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented - especially under pressure.
