ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our Air Force / Space team at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling . The Project Manager’s primary function is to support the United States Air Force’s 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract. The position will provide "day-to-day" multi-discipline analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. The candidate will support all aspects of program design, development, deployment, and sustainment related to office processes under the DoD Overprint to the NISPOMSUP or the DoD SAP Manual. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deploy, maintain, sustain, and dispose of IT equipment supporting SAP operations. Establish program security procedures, structure, classification guidance, and project management for complex SAPs supporting US military operations. Develop and monitor metrics on the progress and status of Air Force SAP Security programs and projects. Brief personnel at all levels, including government and senior civilian staff, on security-related topics. Develop and monitor a comprehensive tracking mechanism for Air Force SAP Security project milestones. Provide expertise on protecting critical elements of SAPs. Consult with stakeholders on project requirements, SAP security issues, and milestone progress to ensure SAP success. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution; additional experience may substitute for a degree. 4+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Defense Procurement and Acquisition processes. Experience working in a Special Access Program Facility. Security Clearance: Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility. Eligibility for access to SAP Information. Willingness to undergo a Polygraph. Physical Requirements: Remain stationary for 50% of the time. Occasionally move within the office to access files and equipment. Operate computers and office machinery regularly. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, including delivering presentations.
