Technical Device Support Specialist

One of Atlanta's top employers and an international company has an immediate need for an Technical Device Support Specialist on a contract-to-direct-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and setup of workstations, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (phones and tablets). Work will include both software and hardware (troubleshooting, configuration, repairs, etc.). This role requires excellent communication skills, with passion for technology and urgency to resolve issues. This opportunity offers valuable experience in a high-profile professional environment and long-term employment.
This is an onsite position in Atlanta, GA, Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of device support experience including hardware and software - laptops and mobile devices.
• Experience supporting Apple / iOS mobile devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows administration and Active Directory.
• Professional certifications (MCP, CompTIA A+, Apple certifications) preferred
