KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities

Act as a top-level specialist for business analysis, organizing reporting and data management activities, and coordinating day-to-day business analysis engagements Design and develop industry-leading solutions to achieve operational, functional, and business targets Collaborate with teams to compile and analyze large amounts of business data, facilitating discussions on analytical reports and business trends to deliver actionable key performance indicators Authorize and prioritize business analysis projects; establish frameworks for business development, reporting, testing, and implementation Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business processes, workflows, and systems, facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project scope and business requirements Utilize cloud computing platforms and AI technologies to develop innovative solutions and streamline processes Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firms respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications

Minimum six years of recent, relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT consulting, financial services, or a related field Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, computer science, finance, healthcare, or a related field; an advanced degree from an accredited college or university (for example, MBA or MS) is advantageous Professional certifications like CBAP, PBA, or Agile Certified Practitioner are preferred, along with cloud and AI certifications Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and experience with business process modeling tools like BPMN or UML Knowledge of cloud platforms (for example: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
