Requirements: Ability to work with children & families Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to complete lifeguard, CPR & AED certification class as part of training Ability to perform job functions in a warm, humid setting and chlorinated pool (lifting, standing for extended periods of time, demonstrating curriculum skills and performing in-water rescues if necessary). Noise level is usually moderate
