*Responsibilities: *As a Hawaiian Island Grill Team Member, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guests have a remarkable experience. Your key duties include:
* Providing exceptional hospitality and customer service. Not only satisfying customer requests, but also anticipating customers needs * Collaborating in high-performance teams across various areas, including kitchen and prep. * Building personal connections with our guests. * Thriving in a fast-paced, positive environment dedicated to excellence. * Creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning your individual workstation, and surrounding area, which includes daily cleaning duties before and after each shift and ongoing cleaning responsibilities during business hours. * We take great pride in serving the best Hawaiian food.
