Job Summary: The Shuttle Operations Team Lead plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day transportation logistics and team supervision within the shuttle operations department. This position assists the Operations Management team in achieving departmental goals by helping to oversee driver performance, participating in employee coaching and discipline, and ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 Shift Type: Full Time Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Management team in creating and leading the achievement of the operational goals for the department Provide feedback to Operations Management team to assist with the performance management of the driver group Involvement in employee coaching/progressive discipline process Maintain a high level of appreciation for guest satisfaction and assist in the day-to-day management of service recovery processes. Observe and adhere to all USDOT and PUC regulations as they pertain to the operation of Commercial Motor Vehicles. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: High school diploma Strong background in logistics; maintaining inventory control while creating opportunities to accommodate new business Supervisory experience preferred CDL class B with passenger endorsement required
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
