What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and mentor a team of civil transportation engineers on a range of public-sector projects.

Manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring technical excellence, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Cultivate strong client relationships and play a key role in growing the firm’s transportation portfolio.

Work closely with state, county, and municipal agencies—especially INDOT and local government clients .

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering.

Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana (Ohio/Kentucky a plus).

Experience with INDOT, county, and municipal transportation projects .

Strong leadership, client-facing communication, and project management skills.
