Our initial venture in August 2023 involved acquiring a majority interest in the non-attest assets of a top 300 US-based national firm, positioning us alongside the top 100 US accounting firms based on cumulative revenue. Our member firm, TKR Accountants & Advisors is hiring for their office in Arlington, VA.
TKR is a leading assurance, tax and advisory firm focused on serving businesses headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. “TKR” is the brand name which TKR Advisors, LLC and TKR, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with applicable professional standards. TKR is a licensed CPA firm that provides attest services, and TKR Advisors, LLC provides business advisory and non-attest services to their clients. TKR Advisors, LLC is not a licensed CPA firm.

Toole Katz & Roemersma, LLP is a member of the Private Companies Practice Sector of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Public Company Academy Oversight Board (PCAOB). As members of these organizations, we agree to subject our advisory policies and procedures to an independent outside peer review.
As a Tax Manager, you will provide tax and consulting services such as preparing federal and state tax returns, researching relevant tax issues, and communicating their impact on clients’ businesses, preparing year-end tax projections, and learning to develop and deliver tax planning strategies.
Basic qualifications for this associate-level position include: · A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting · Solid academic performance and achievement in relevant areas of study
Preferred qualifications for this associate-level position include: · Solid technical accounting knowledge · Able to problem solve and think analytically · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications · Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently · Effective time management skills · Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines · Relevant internship or work experience is helpful, but not required
This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
