As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a vital role in connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities. You will be responsible for facilitating the hiring process for seasonal warehouse roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience every step of the way. This includes reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding activities. Your contributions will directly impact the company’s ability to meet its operational goals during its busiest time of year.
Responsibilities: Manage high-volume recruitment for seasonal warehouse positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Communicate effectively with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions.
Support onboarding activities such as collecting documents, scheduling orientation, and conducting new hire follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
Collaborate with the DC Recruiter, warehouse leadership, and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Must-Have Qualifications: Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability to work on-site at least 3 days per week.
Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.00 to $26.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
