As the Radiology Supervisor, you will: Ensure accountability and performance of your assigned department Serve as an advocate for team development and growth Maintain quality care and service while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards Manage personnel functions including hiring, coaching, discipline, staffing, and performance evaluations Support department leadership with day-to-day operations, decision-making, and budgeting Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and team members to provide a healing, patient-focused environment We're looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about radiology, team success, and delivering exceptional patient care. American Registry of Rad. Tech. (ARRT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
