Salary: $29-36/hourly Summary Elevated Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Superintendent to oversee and manage multiple construction projects in the Oklahoma City area. This role requires frequent site visits, strong coordination with subcontractors and property teams, and an in-depth understanding of project scope, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include daily job site monitoring, maintaining material inventory, enforcing company standards, and ensuring all subcontractor work aligns with contractual scope and expectations.

The position also involves contributing to the estimating process, supporting administrative functions, and occasionally performing light manual labor to meet project completion goals. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent time management, communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced construction environment.

Position Type This is a 1099 independent contractor role based in Oklahoma City, OK. As Elevated Construction continues to grow in the Oklahoma market, there is potential for this position to transition into a full-time W-2 role based on business needs and performance.
