You'll be instrumental in helping students, particularly those with special needs, achieve their academic and personal goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted instructional support to individual students or small groups Assist the teacher in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring student engagement Help with administrative tasks such as setting up equipment and preparing educational materials Supervise students in various settings including the cafeteria, schoolyard, and during field trips Attend to the physical, academic, emotional, and personal needs of students Support students with special needs by implementing strategies outlined in IEPs/504 Plans Execute additional duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required Strong proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) Compensation: Enjoy a competitive pay rate of $13-$22 per hour.
