Your role is vital in ensuring a positive educational environment. Provide tailored instructional support to individual students or small groups Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and supervising the students Help with administrative tasks, including setting up equipment and organizing materials Supervise students during lunch, breaks, field trips, and before/after school programs Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs Support students with special needs by adhering to IEPs/504 Plans Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by classroom teachers or school administration Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) Compensation: $13-$22/hr
