As a substitute paraprofessional, your role will include: Providing instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups. Assisting the teacher in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring all students are engaged. Helping with administrative duties such as preparing materials and setting up equipment. Supervising students during meals, in hallways, on field trips, and during before/after school programs. Addressing the physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs of students. Supporting students with special needs by following the guidelines outlined in their IEPs/504 Plans. Carrying out additional tasks as directed by the classroom teacher and school leadership. Requirements: Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is required. Compensation: $13-$22/hr
