Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in time and leave management
- Preferred experience in automotive or manufacturing workforce management
- Proven track record of implementing and testing time tracking systems
- Extensive experience with workforce management software and HRIS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in time and leave management software
- Expert-level knowledge of workforce management technologies
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Expertise in compliance tracking and reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced certification in Workforce Management (SHRM-SCP, HRCI preferred)
