Daily and Monthly * HVAC System Oversight and ** Help conduct monthly evaluations. Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints. Responsive Communication and ***** Handle varied daily phone requests, effectively communicating with supervisors, co-workers, and project engineers. Immediate Action and ***** Ability to identify and resolve minor problems with HVAC systems, under the supervision of a technician. Physical ***** Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks. Use a personal computer for troubleshooting and documentation. ** Must be pursuing an Associates degree in HVAC Program or related degree field.
