About the job:

The Transformation team under Strategic Insights is responsible for leveraging data driven insights and analytics to drive a seamless Member experience.

The role of Strategic Insights Intern is to support the Strategic Insights team. This individual will help the organization make data-driven decisions by continuously analyzing member and operational trends in order to drive growth, increase efficiency, and fuel innovation.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Strategic Insights department as directed. 
  • Coordinate and assist in generating required materials for staff meetings and departmental programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate competitor data and industry trends to understand current competitive landscape and emerging data technology.
  • Assist in analyzing data to extract meaningful insights to support business decision making.
  • Data entry and other administrative assistance as needed. 
  • Complete various research assignments in a timely manner.
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner. 
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university, pursuing a Business-related or Computer Science related degree.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and complete ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner.
