You will be responsible for maintaining the Plum Market standard of high-quality, natural, and organic products, and providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for health and specialty foods, along with a strong commitment to driving sales and profitability. Manage and oversee all daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise and train team members, providing feedback and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels and order stock to maintain adequate supplies of products. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Develop marketing strategies to promote new products and special deals. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed diligently. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems. Strong understanding of customer service principles. Solid grasp of inventory management practices.
