Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating assigned staff to nursing units and facilities. Maintains database for assigned area regarding agency, external or internal, as well as Texas Float Pool. Serves as a resource for the staff and leadership for the scheduling and payroll systems.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum Preferred Experience:
2 years in clerical, staffing, or patient placement. Experience with inpatient staffing is strongly  preferred.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Effective Communication
Knowledge of the principles and skills of the nursing process to provide patient care and treatment.
Critical thinking skills
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Basic Computer skills
