As a Staff Accountant, you **
Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Prepare financial statements for multiple operating units and subsidiaries
Handle sales & use tax filings and annual compliance reporting
Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and investigate discrepancies
Assist with audit prep, process improvements, and implementation projects
Provide backup support for payroll, billing, collections, and accounts payable
What were looking for in a Staff * *
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Associates accepted with experience)
2-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or a project-based industry
Advanced Excel skills; experience with intercompany transactions and consolidations
Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with COINS ERP a plus
