Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, the Staff Accountant is responsible for supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance. These areas include: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, working with offshore team and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures. The Staff Accountant is also responsible for the development of Finance staff to aid the future growth of the company. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays. Some travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• One to three years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations

• College education or equivalent experience

• Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals

• Good command of the English language

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
