Staff Accountant

A growing organization with a strong commitment to community impact is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for someone with solid accounting experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys work that has a purpose beyond the bottom line. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and support invoicing processes Handle job costing and allocate expenses across departments or funding sources Reconcile general ledger accounts and support monthly closings Process employee expense reports and ensure accurate GL coding Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities Assist with budgeting, audit prep, and special projects Support improvements in accounting processes and internal controls What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience Strong knowledge of AP, job costing, and GL reconciliations Comfort working across multiple departments or entities Proficiency with Excel and general accounting systems What You’ll Receive Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Retirement plan with employer match Opportunity to contribute to an organization doing meaningful, community-oriented work Hybrid work schedule, one day on-site per week \#zrsep
Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 per year
