Brainstorm Labs is looking for Java developers who can implement web applications for our client. You will be responsible for development of mission critical internet web applications. You will be working with a team of developers to create new applications in support of our clients. We are looking for a detail oriented, motivated individual with a passion for technology to join our team of the best and the brightest. Specific Job duties include:

Develop Java applications using Java & Eclipse

Write well tested and documented Java code

Cooperates with team members to deliver projects on schedule

Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks

Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments

Customizing build scripts using Maven, Ant or Gradle

Work with project managers to keep project schedules

Collaborate with application architects and other developers to ensure high quality deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years IT Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Expert in Spring and developing Spring based applications, especially Spring MVC

Proficient in JSP and Struts framework

Deep knowledge of Java best practices

Working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript frameworks, including JQuery

Familiar with deploying applications to Amazon Web Services

Creative problem solver

Excellent collaboration skills with other technologists, and business stakeholders.

Exposure to Groovy/Grails and Groovy Server Pages

Java Certification preferred (Oracle Certified Java Programmer)
