RedMatter Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic IT Procurement/Budget Analyst who will engage directly with government leadership, contributing to discussions and providing essential support in the realms of IT, Budget, and Financial Analysis. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in establishing templates and documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration with various components and stakeholders to align procurement with specific requirements.

Required

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Robust administrative and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in government financial management systems
• Expertise in federal budget and procurement, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience
• Bachelor's in a related field ( Business, Accounting, Finance, etc...)

Preferred

• Familiarity with core Microsoft cloud technologies and services, such as Azure IaaS and Office 365, as well as essential Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server
• Understanding of IT software license models, including but not limited to Oracle, Adobe, and Microsoft

Job Function and Daily Responsibilities

• Thorough analysis and verification of IT Vendor pricing estimates
• Active involvement in the creation of reimbursable agreements and procurement documentation, encompassing data entry and other administrative tasks
• Ongoing communication with component stakeholders, including the verification of funds availability and requirements gathering
• Efficient processing of vendor invoices within the customer's financial management system
• Comprehensive review, recording, and tracking of IT application costs and quantities
• Conducting compliance work, specifically in the realm of open commitment/agreement billing
