Negotiate and close sponsorship deals for individual episodes, series bundles, or long-term partnerships. Collaborate with production to ensure smooth integration of sponsor messages. Track deliverables and performance to ensure value for all parties. Represent Epic Spotlight with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strategic insight.

What You Bring: Proven success in sponsorship, ad sales, or business development (bonus if you’ve worked in podcast/media). Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and persuasive. Confidence and self-motivation — you’re a closer and a relationship builder. A passion for purpose-driven content and helping brands connect with engaged audiences.
