Speech-Language Pathologist (FMLA Coverage – K–8) Location: Quincy Public Schools – Public Day School Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5 Hours/Week | 8:15 AM – 2:30 PM | Onsite Contract Dates: September 2, 2025 – November 15, 2025 About the Role: AnthroMed Education is seeking a CCC-SLP to provide full-time FMLA coverage within Quincy Public Schools at a public day school serving K–8 students. This caseload will include students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and complex communication needs, requiring strong clinical skills in both AAC and behavioral management. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse group of learners in a highly collaborative environment during a critical transition period. What You'll Do: Provide direct speech-language services to students in K–8 with autism and complex communication profiles Implement and support the use of AAC devices and systems Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other related service providers Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring Contribute to a strong and supportive team focused on student-centered outcomes
Caseload Information: Students with moderate to severe communication needs High need for AAC and behaviorally informed communication interventions Office space availability TBD
Qualifications: CCC-SLP required (No CFs for this role) Active Massachusetts SLP License (Mass.gov) DESE certification (or eligibility) Prior experience with AAC and behavioral supports strongly preferred
