25% paid at 90 days of employment
25% paid at 6 months of employment
50% paid at 12 months of employment
Bonus is paid over the course of the first year

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting assessments to evaluate speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in patients
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address identified deficits and enhance patient outcomes
Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises to support recovery
Administering augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for patients with severe communication impairments
Collaborating with the healthcare team to perform diagnostic procedures like Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)
Maintaining detailed and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing records
Ensuring compliance with all professional standards and ethical guidelines
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
