A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year at an elementary school serving students in grades K6 in Aurora, CO. This onsite contract role offers the opportunity to support young learners with diverse communication needs within a vibrant educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to approximately 3540 elementary students per caseload. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with best practices. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in required meetings and assessments. Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance students communication skills and academic success. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Colorado SLP license or willingness to obtain licensure before the contract begins. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred; clinical fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. Prior experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is beneficial. Not open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Location & Schedule: Position is fully onsite in Aurora, CO. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration from August 1, 2025, through June 1, 2026.
