PURPOSE
The Spa & Wellness Supervisor at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional service and high standards are maintained. This role involves managing the spa team, coordinating treatments and services, and providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate all spa activities and operations. Ensure the spall is well-maintained, clean and fully operational. Manage Inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Team Supervision: Hire, train, and manage spa team members including therapists, estheticians, and support personnel. Schedule team shifts and manage payroll. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all spa experiences meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Address and resolve any guest issues promptly. Develop and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
- Financial Oversight: Assist the Spa & Wellness Manager with managing the spa’s budget, including payroll, supplies, and revenue objectives. Assist with the implementation of strategies to drive sales of spa services and products.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all spa operations comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and innovations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Two (2) years of Spa experience.
- Deep knowledge of different spa therapies, treatments, and products.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Spa booking experience.

- Problem-solving Abilities: Effective at solving issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.
PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
- Certification in spa or salon management preferred
- One (1) year of experience leading others in a supervisory or lead role.
