Burma Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced SOUS CHEF to play a critical role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes reflect the authentic flavors of one of our Southeast Asian inspired restaurants located in the bustling heart of the city with rich cultural diversity and a dynamic blend of business, retail and entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 + years of experience in the restaurant industry with a strong flair for creating mouthwatering dishes, menu development and the ability to aspire and mentor a team of culinary professionals. As a SOUS CHEF you will work alongside our Executive Chef to manage day to day kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality food and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will help lead a talented kitchen team, support staff-development, and ensure the consistent delivery of excellent food and service.
