Class Summary
Job Description The Solid Waste Recycling & Marketing Coordinator will develop, implement, and market programs and events. The incumbent will provide solid waste and recycling education to the community through training classes, workshops, camps, school programs and community events.
Essential Duties Coordinate activities with other departments, agencies, and volunteers for special events
Utilize and operate various computer programs and databases to develop marketing and training material
Manages Solid Waste projects and ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes and/or standards

Grade
The grade for this position is C411. Salary will be dependent on education and experience.
Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field AND
Five years' experience developing and publicizing community programs OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above
