Work model:
Open to remote, hybrid, or on-site What you will do: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation for the legacy system Coordinate data extraction, migration, and validation activities during system retirement Develop and update support materials and end-of-life documentation Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and external partners to facilitate smooth transitions Architect, build, and deploy the "Documents 2 AI" platform using OCR and microservices Design and refine automated workflows for document and application ingestion Integrate the new platform with existing systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability Contribute to requirements gathering, system architecture, coding, testing, and deployment Document technical specifications, best practices, and user guides for the new solution What you will need to be successful: Experience supporting legacy system transitions Proficiency in application development with a focus on microservices and OCR Background in systems integration and automation Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Back-end technical experience with NodeJS, MongoDB, MS SQL, ElasticSearch, OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence Front-end technical experience with React, MUI, Webpack, Mantine, Vite Infrastructure experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure App Insights Benefits overview: 401k Major health insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan ( ESOP ) Click here for a complete list of benefits
