Socials & Community Manager The Best Never Rest (TBNR) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

Your Direct Responsibilities Own and manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community interactions for social media channels.
Craft platform-specific copy and captions that match each talent's unique voice, bringing personality and wit to every post.
Monitor trending topics and conversations quickly identifying opportunities to join in and drive engagement.
Gather behind-the-scenes content and static shots to support ongoing posting needs and fan engagement.
Develop and execute fan engagement strategies to foster active, loyal communities.
Collaborate with content, production, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize growth.
Respond to fans in real-time, keeping communities positive, fun, and on-brand.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in social media and community management, ideally with high-growth digital brands, large creator-led brands, or youth/entertainment companies.
Proven ability to manage multiple distinct social identities, balancing different personality styles and brand voices.
Deep platform fluency across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, Snapchat, and Discord, with a strong grasp of gaming and lifestyle content trends.
Skilled in content calendar execution, cross-team coordination, and platform-specific growth strategies, including use of tools like Sprout Social and Monday.com.
Confident in analyzing post performance, building feedback loops with creative teams, and making data-driven optimization recommendations.
Experienced in community engagement strategies from in-character posting and fan challenges to effective feedback escalation.
