Who You’ll Work With

The Strategic Sourcing Category Manager will be responsible for leading sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and advancing procurement initiatives across a portfolio of corporate services categories. The role will report indirectly to the Strategic Sourcing Category Lead, with accountability for providing regular updates, flagging risks, and identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.

What You’ll Do

Lead sourcing projects end-to-end, including vendor selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and implementation Provide timely and proactive updates to internal stakeholders and leadership Build and maintain trusted relationships across functions to support effective procurement outcomes Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to inform sourcing decisions Analyze spend trends, supplier performance, and market insights to shape sourcing strategy Administer and manage the full contract lifecycle with strong ownership and project discipline

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience (Required) Demonstrated success managing complex sourcing efforts and driving measurable outcomes Experience in one or more of the following categories: Finance, HR, or Corporate Services (All Non-IT Categories) Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $65 to $75hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
