What's a typical day as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk? You will: Manage domestic and international seed shipment documentation with accuracy. Support export compliance requirements (USDA, phytosanitary, customs regulations). Handle shipping records, permits, labeling, and lab documentation workflows. Use Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and tracking systems to manage logistics data. Coordinate packaging, labeling, and movement of seed materials for global distribution. Communicate with internal teams and global partners to ensure timely shipments.
