Job Title: Shipping and Warehouse Specialist Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Shipping and Warehouse Specialist. This role requires expertise in warehouse operations, shipping, fulfillment, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic and international shipping, as well as proficiency in various office tools and software. Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations, including shipping, fulfillment, and distribution. Utilize domestic and international shipping software, such as FedEx, UPS, and Zenkraft. Operate office tools, including MS Office and Salesforce. Pick, pull, and pack orders and bills of lading, frequently lifting up to 40lbs. Conduct inventory checks of products and packaging supplies. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Drive a 14ft box truck and deliver goods along designated routes. Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check. Essential Skills Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and fulfillment. Proficiency in domestic and international shipping software. Ability to use MS Office and Salesforce effectively. Skill in operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Capability to handle repetitive tasks, such as picking, pulling, and packing orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in driving box trucks and delivering goods. General warehouse experience with attention to detail.
