Panelmatic is looking for the right candidate to fit into our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As part of our team, you will use your skills to receive various packages and materials via forklift and pallet truck along with performing inventory and materials management duties. You will be able to pay close attention to details while achieving goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As part of our team, you oversee and document the receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality. You must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the facility.

Job Duties:

• Receives various amounts and types of freight including steel and housing kits from flatbed trailers
• Must be proficient on a forklift with experience loading/unloading steel, aluminum and heavy machinery, along with items that are long and tall
• Unload trailers from the dock and outside
• Must be able to tolerate all types of weather and temperatures
• Must be able to lift and carry/maneuver 50 to 100 pounds repeatedly, on occasion
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with company safety guidelines
• Need good inventory skills such as counting, attention to detail, material placement and problem solving
• Need MS Office and general computer skills. Experience with Excel and/or Syteline is a bonus
• High level of organization and time management skills required
• Receive incoming packages and freight into ERP system, matching packing lists with system and internal data base
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned by management
