Shipping and Receiving Clerk Responsibilities: - Processing orders using a warehouse management system (WMS) software following the FIFO (first in, first out) rule or customer specific lot number - Emailing, scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork - Managing outbound appointments using email, phone, and WMS - Communicating with colleagues, consignors, carriers, and customers - Researching/analyzing inventory discrepancies
Requirements For Shipping and Receiving Clerk: - Exhibit reliability and integrity - Have experience in a fast-paced office setting (logistics experience a plus but not mandatory) - Be fluent in Microsoft Office applications - Have a strong work ethic, time management, communications skills and attention to detail - Have reliable transportation - Will sit and stand during shift- 50/50% - Must be able to up to 20lbs- 20% of shift
