Leadership Opportunities at Taco Bell Hiring at up to $15 per hour for leadership qualities! You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. You support the Restaurant Leader by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems and become part of the solution. You seek help as needed and are willing to help and guide others. Ensure team members complete tasks as assigned and serve safe, quality food with a "Here to Serve" attitude. You help create an environment that team members want to work and our customers want to visit. Key behaviors include solving customer complaints and winning them over again, providing positive, constructive feedback to team members, being open, honest, and transparent with the Restaurant Leadership Team, and following safety & security, cash management, inventory, and labor policies and procedures. This list of job duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive. Employees typically average 30+ hours a week, but hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the business.
