Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally

Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information

Clearly document all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history

Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts

Establish and communicate follow-up timelines with customers

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and provide timely updates

Ensure the final invoice matches the work completed on the repair order

Clearly explain all repairs and charges to customers at vehicle pickup

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant preferred

Experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to identify problems quickly and accurately

Basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with service procedures

High level of personal and professional integrity

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service department

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
