Senior Content Designer—Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) The Walmart U.S. eCommerce Fulfillment Services team develops products that enable Marketplace sellers to provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. We create tools for sellers to send inventory to Walmart, maximize sales, and monitor their business health. Senior Content Designer
at WFS, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft written content for various formats such as UX content design, seller communications, and educational content. Your storytelling skills will empower sellers to grow their sales with clear, compelling content delivered when needed. You will influence language in user experiences, develop instructional content, and guide sellers in their daily operations, always keeping their needs at the forefront. Job responsibilities Drive content strategy for WFS products, owning seller-facing messaging. Leverage content expertise to generate ideas and evaluate opportunities for impact. Coordinate with partners to align on content deliverables and timelines. Develop end-to-end content strategies for projects. Manage content requirements, project prioritization, and influence the content team roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. Ensure content is concise, relevant, actionable, and user-friendly. Contribute to content standards and guidelines. Create or review content quickly, incorporating feedback. Improve user experience for WFS sellers. Advocate for WFS sellers' needs. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You have 3-5 years of experience in UX writing, digital content creation, or related fields. You obsess over users and understand the importance of simplicity. You possess strong storytelling skills. You have a keen eye for consistency and detail. You are organized and can handle multiple projects. You thrive on challenges and are excited by working at scale. Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, English, communications, or related, plus 3 years’ experience in related roles. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, content design, or related areas. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years as a digital or web writer. Experience in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Figma, Confluence, Jira, and Asana. Deep understanding of content strategy and UX best practices. Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and inclusive design.
