We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with substantial experience in personal injury matters to join our growing litigation team. This role is ideal for a confident, strategic litigator who thrives in the courtroom, commands depositions, and can lead a team of associates and staff through all stages of litigation. You’ll be entrusted with high-value cases and given the tools, support, and autonomy to fight for meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities : Take lead on personal injury litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and major orthopedic claims Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client and case Supervise and mentor junior associates, paralegals, and support staff Maintain regular communication with clients and provide guidance throughout the legal process Manage case deadlines and ensure procedural compliance Qualifications : Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation (trial experience strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to handle depositions, mediations, and trial preparation independently Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills Proven leadership and team management experience preferred Strong analytical, negotiation, and case management skills Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Greater Los Angeles area What We Offer : Competitive base salary with performance bonuses ($180,000-$280,000 / DOE + Bonus Considerations) Paid holidays and generous PTO Health and vision insurance Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles Firm-sponsored outings, events, and CLEs Employee referral bonus program Create a job alert for this search #J-18808-Ljbffr
