An experienced, solutions-driven Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in leading high-end residential remodeling projects from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, coordinate multiple trade partners, and ensure every detail aligns with Sebring's commitment to exceptional quality and service.

What You'll Do

• Own the Build phase: serve as the daily point of contact for clients, overseeing everything from scheduling to problem-solving and contractor coordination.
• Lead with clarity: manage permits, inspections, and the details that keep projects moving even before they start, thanks to our robust Design phase.
• Communicate with care: maintain timely, transparent updates via our online management system, clients love that they always know what's next.
• Champion quality and warranty: uphold our 5-year workmanship warranty and ensure every spokesperson for Sebring delivers excellence.

Who You Are

• A pro with 7+ years in construction or design-build project management.
• Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multiple trades.
• A communicator who believes in "educate, discover, design, build, enjoy" as more than just a motto-it's an experience.
• Personable, flexible, and positively collaborative, someone ready to jump in and help wherever it matters.

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a top-of-market salary of $75,000-$85,000/year, based on experience and fit
