The Senior Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality new membrane designs that meet aggressive customer applications. This role will lead the development of new membrane designs, enhance existing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies. By doing so, the Senior R&D Process Engineer will ensure the highest quality standards, address current bottlenecks, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

This position reports to the Director and is part of the Filtration R&D located in Pensacola and will be an on-site role.

What you will do: Performs research (biology, chemistry, mechanical, software, etc.) to generate analytical data for internal and/or external clients. Responsible for the investigation of new technologies and experimentation directed at the practical application of scientific theories. Assures that programs meet scientific objectives and are aligned with customer needs. Builds relationships with industry/technology key opinion leaders.

Who you are: Master degree in Chemical engineering, Material engineering or similar field 3 years industrial experiences in process engineering Competent in fundamental of organic material science and engineering Lead process characterization and development for transformational new technologies Execute project from lab scale, pilot scale to manufacturing scales

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: May occasionally work on overnight or weekend if needed

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: DOE Lean Six Sigma
