Job Details
Architecture firm seeking a skilled and design-driven Project Architect to join our Philadelphia office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic portfolio that includes new multi-family residential developments, Choice Neighborhoods initiatives, and adaptive reuse projects.
Key responsibilities include: Leading or supporting conceptual and schematic design efforts Developing design and construction documents in Revit with technical precision Coordinating and managing production workflows throughout project phases
Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience across all design phases Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction methods Proven ability to manage project documentation and collaborate with clients and consultants Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office Professional degree in Architecture required
Architectural licensure and LEED AP accreditation preferred
