As our Senior Program Manager - Ads Product Operations, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our Ads Product team. Think of yourself as the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly-from strategic planning to team enablement. You'll work closely with product leaders, engineers, marketers, and analysts to make sure we're aligned, focused, and delivering real impact.
This role is remote-eligible, meaning you can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What You'll Do
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, including OKRs and roadmap alignment
- Run the show on product operations-intake, prioritization, and communication
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Sales, and more
- Build and manage team rhythms like business reviews and product demos
- Support team culture, engagement, and development alongside leadership
- Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on progress and outcomes
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years in product operations, program management, or chief-of-staff roles
- Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or digital product environments
- A knack for simplifying complexity and driving clarity
- Strong communication skills-you're great at telling the story behind the data
- Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and influence across teams
