Location: West Palm Beach Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal- Litigation to join our clients dynamic legal team in WPB. Working for the Co Managing partner and three associates of a global law firm. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of litigation processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex legal documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial support, and post-trial activities.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.

Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.

Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court officials.

Analyze and summarize case materials and evidence.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules.

Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Proficient in legal software and case management tools.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
