Starting Wage: $92,396.70 - $120,000 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:
As a strategic liaison between IT and Finance, you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Technology projects, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including system upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and configure systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards (e.g., SOX).
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain and enhance integrations with PeopleSoft Financials, Coupa, and other internal and external platforms.
Develop and execute test scripts, ensuring thorough testing aligned with change management protocols.
Support application upgrades and ensure system integrity through rigorous testing and documentation.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a business analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and change management processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa).
Experience supporting and optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows.
Proficient in implementing punchout solutions, supporting cXML communication protocols, and API integrations.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience designing and testing system integrations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English.
Preferred:
Experience leading successful IT or Finance-related projects.
Technical support experience with Coupa and PeopleSoft Financials.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $92,396.70 - $120,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
