Nextracker is currently hiring for a Senior FP&A Manager at our Fremont office to support R&D and MOH (Manufacture Overhead) departments.
Key responsibilities will include the following: Build strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization. Collaborate on key performance metrics to support functional business reviews. Formulate functional annual operational plans and forecasts and maintain the operational and financial planning necessary to realize the organization's strategic vision. Identify and investigate discrepancies in comparison to forecasts, budget, and previous-year expenditures, actively seeking out opportunities for enhancement. Utilize discrepancies between actual and planned/forecasted outcomes to offer guidance to management on decisions pertaining to cost control, performance enhancement, risk mitigation, demand forecasting, and potential avenues for both internal and external organizational expansion. Assist and/or drive special projects with potential wide-ranging impacts on the entire organization, including M&A activities and process streamlining Delve deeply into financial data to become an expert in the subject matter, providing valuable additional insights. Prepare presentations that feature in-depth analysis, pinpoint necessary action steps, and effectively present decision-making frameworks. Key Requirements 10 plus years finance experience primarily in Corp. FP&A or BU/Functional FP&A Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance or related field Experience in managing long-range plans and monthly forecast/reporting Excellent financial modeling and data mining skills Expertise in systems such as NetSuite/other ERPs, Hyperion and Anaplan Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various Exec management levels Team player and can work well cross-functionally Understanding of Capex and software capitalization Previous experience at a Finance Manager or equivalent level role

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $185,000 - $200,000.
